01Prohibited conduct
No spam, deception, harassment, or attempts to bypass network or product rate limits. The product enforces safe default send caps and connect ramps server-side. Raising daily limits above those defaults is only available as an explicit override in Outreach settings and requires acknowledging restriction risk. Working around limits outside the product is a policy violation.
02Prohibited content
No uploading personal data you are not entitled to collect, hold, or contact under applicable law.
03Enforcement
A connected account with repeated send failures is halted automatically by the circuit breaker described above. Beyond that, enforcement of this policy on a workspace — reviewing a concern or halting sending — is handled by ECU and by our team, not by an automated system.
